Our client is the leading welding company since 1930 in more than 80 countries worldwide. They are recruiting a Financial Director for their company in Suzhou, China.


Position Requirements and Qualifications:

The company in Suzhou is interested in recruiting a very well experienced person in the position as a Financial Director.

The Financial Director must have the following qualifications:

• Creation of annual tax declaration
• Checking monthly balances and the year-end accounts
• Team work with tax auditors and public accountant
• Controlling and Reporting to Headquarter in Germany
• Management of solvency
• Personnel Management
• Support and Leading personnel department
• Payroll Accounting
• Head of purchasing department
• Knowledge in IAS/ IFRS or US-GAAP
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Basic knowledge in spoken Chinese

Aufgaben:

• Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach chinesischen und
internationalen Bilanzierungsstandards und des Reporting an die
Muttergesellschaft
• Erstellung der kurz- und mittelfristige Budgets
• Investitionsplanung und Überwachung
• Sicherstellung der Ordnungsmäßigkeit des Rechnungswesen einschl. Aufbau und Überwachung eines internen Kontrollsystems
• Verantwortung über Controlling (Produktion, Vertrieb, Gemeinkosten)
• Verantwortung für die Erstellung monatlicher u. jährlicher Steuererklärungen
• Ansprechpartner für Wirtschafts- und Steuerprüfer sowie Behörden
• Zusammenarbeit mit Anwalts- und Steuerberatungskanzleien (Arbeitsrecht und Firmenrecht)
• Führung des Liquiditätsmanagements und Ansprechpartner für die Banken
• Leitung des Personalwesens
• Leitung der IT (Information Technologies, EDV einschl. der Implementierung von SAP R/3)
• Personalbetreuung und -führung
• Personalabrechnung
• Sozialversicherungswesen


Gewünschte Kompetenzen:

• Hohe fachliche und persönliche Kompetenz
• Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position nach Möglichkeit in einem fremdem Kulturkreis erworben
• Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Mandarin
• Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System, wenn möglich mit SAP R/3
