Unfreundliches, unkompetentes Personal. Man wollte mir ein teureres Zimmer geben, da angeblich alles überbucht war. Als ich auf den gebuchten Preis bestand, war das Zimmer plötzlich frei. TV war kaputt. Bei der Zahlung wurden erhebliche Zusatzkosten verlangt, da angeblich 4% Visagebühr und 4% Umrechnungsgebühr auf Hongkong Dollar bezahlt werden müssen. Alles in allem: nie mehr wieder!
The bad suggestion from one of the staffs in hiring the service van going to Airport which we paid fixed rate of $275. And we were supposed to fly 10 pm, but were told that airport is quite far & we had to leave as early as 5 pm. The rate is quite high. We should had taken the taxi (more or less $70) at later time & we could had done some shopping or to casinos

Hotelpersonal war meines Erachtens nicht in der Lage Informationen auf verschiedene Fragen zu geben wie Benutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und welche Sehenswürdigkeiten zu empfeheln wären. Liegt aber höchstwahrscheinlich daran , daß deren englishkenntnisse sehr mangelhaft sind bzw. sehr schwer zu verstehen ist. Zimmer ungenügend gelüftet.
Kleines Zimmer ohne Schrank. Unser Zimmer hatte zwar ein Fenster, dieses ging aber nur in den Mauerschacht und war somit dunkel.
we were very disappointed that the internet was not working well; the connection was very intermittent, it would work for 2 minutes, then it would disconnect for 40 minutes. we approached the front desk 3-4 times during our stay to inquire if something was being done about it. we were told it would be fixed by 8pm but it never was. we would not have chosen this hotel if we had known. the rest of the negative points were minor: the cheapest room has no window. the sink has not much space for placing vanity items.
