Ein Konto in DE zu eröffnen ist normalerweise kein Problem für jemand der im Ausland lebt, aber nicht jede Bank nimmt Kunden aus dem Ausland an. Gibt aber mehrere Banken die ein deutsches Bankkonto für im Ausland lebende anbietet z.B. http://www.girokonto-onlinevergleich.de/girokonto-ausland.php ...
